Year 9,
2011 Out of zone students -
Enrolment form to be at College
by Monday 2 August 2010
Year 10 -
13, 2011 Out of zone students -
Enrolment form to be at College
by Friday 29 October 2010
Places for
students enrolling from out of
zone will be dependent upon the
estimated number of places
available at each year level.
If the number of pre-enrolments
exceeds the number of places
available then a ballot will
occur to determine priority
order. Places will be
offered to meet the number of
available spaces with the
balance of the unsuccessful
pre-enrolees being placed in
rank order on a waiting list.
The priority
for ballot is based upon
legislation as is applied
nationally. The priority
order is:
-
Siblings
(brothers or sisters) of a
student currently attending
Paraparaumu College
-
Siblings
of former students of
Paraparaumu College
-
Sons/daughters of Board
employees
-
All other
students.
Should a
ballot be necessary, successful
students' parents will be
notified and a specified time
given for the place to be
confirmed. Failure to
respond within the specified
time will mean that the place
will be forfeited.
