ATTENDANCE PROCESS

As a result of reviewing our attendance process we have now employed a member of our support staff to monitor unexplained absences from class.  This person will endeavour to text or email as many parents as possible during the 2 hour period she is employed for each day.

We apologies in advance if parents are incorrectly contacted and ask that you contact the school if you are aware that your son/daughter will be away.

Reply to the text or email does not take away the need to send a letter or phone with your son/daughter on their return from an excused absence.

If you are concerned about your child's attendance patterns, please contact their Form Teacher.
