Parent /Teacher/Student Conferences

The first Parent/Teacher/Student conferences are taking place on Friday 24th February 2012 from  8.30 am - 4.00 pm.  There will be no classes on this day.

This is an opportunity to exchange information and to establish a three way relationship for all parties. The students at each level have been issued with a “Goal Setting / Planning” booklet which will be used as part of the discussion. Students should have brought this home as part of the initial goal setting discussion with family and then have brought it back to College and handed in to the Form Teacher.

The school interviews booking site will be open from Monday 13 February 2012 for parents to book in a 15 minute slot with  Form Teacher/s. It will close off on Sunday 19 February 2012.  After this date Form Teachers will be emailing/sending appointment times home to parents.

ALL students are expected to attend the appointment whether a parent can come or not.

Students may wear mufti.

Remember to leave at least a 15 minute break between appointments if you have more than one child at College in order to be able to move from one location to the other.
